Jīvā Jīvē
Gongs, frame drum, metal bowls
Jīvā plays the gongs, the frame drum and the Himalayan metal bowls.

Upcountry · Makawao
First and third Sundays at 4:30 PM, at Keʻe Road Stables in Makawao.
Settle onto a blanket in the grass while crystal and metal singing bowls, two gongs, a frame drum, crystal chimes and a rain stick fill the next hour. You don’t need any experience — just come as you are.
Time near the horses can feel grounding. There’s time to say hello before and after the sound bath; during the session they stay nearby, on the other side of a fence.
Rest in sound, with the horses nearby. An hour to lie still, breathe slowly and listen, with the late light going gold over the pasture. Arrive early for optional stretching and breathwork at 4:10 PM, twenty minutes before the sound bath.

Cymatics
Pick a bowl. Sand on a brass plate jumps, then settles where the plate stays still.
Sound is off — the sand still moves. Turn sound on to hear the bowl.

Pick a bowl
Choose a bowl to see its figure.
This is a model, not a recording: what a 30 cm brass plate would show near each bowl’s pitch. A different plate would draw a different picture — that’s part of the fun.
Model: a 30 cm brass plate, 0.3 mm thick, bolted at its centre with the edge free — the classic Chladni setup — worked out from the physics of thin plates.
A second gathering
Sound baths in a quiet garden sanctuary on Maui. Dates to come.

At your place
For birthdays, retreats, teams, couples — or just you.
We bring the bowls, gongs and instruments to your home or office. Choose a 45-minute, one-hour or 90-minute session, for yourself, a couple or a group.
Tell us where you’d like us to come, how many people are joining and three dates and times that work for you. Please allow at least two days’ notice. We’ll get back to you to agree on a date, the price and the deposit.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5 PM · Friday through Sunday · Wednesdays off.

No. It’s a time to rest, breathe and listen. It isn’t medical care or a substitute for it.
